Shailza Taneja is an emerging contemporary artist. A public health professional, she has seen life from very close and is blessed with an eternally inquisitive mind. She is a student of spirituality in its various forms and has had several divine experiences, including brushes with her past lives. A single parent, Shailza faces struggles and challenges at every turn. Her paintings, more often than not, depict her visions as she negotiates and finds her way from an area of darkness to a life of hope, love, freedom, tranquility and boundlessness.
Shailza is part of the Community of Artists under the aegis of the House of Neerja and her art was displayed during the First Open-Air At Home Exhibition organized by House of Neerja in Pink City Jaipur during April 2024.
